Our Story

Bringing Fujian Flavours to Makati

Hokkien Chow was born from a simple but passionate mission: to bring the authentic, robust flavours of Hokkien Chinese cuisine to the heart of Makati City. Tucked along Pablo Ocampo Sr. Extension in San Antonio Village, our small but spirited kitchen operates on the same principles that guided generations of Hokkien cooks — quality ingredients, high-heat technique, and recipes that have stood the test of time.

The Hokkien people of Fujian province are known for their seafood-forward cuisine, their mastery of the wok, and their love of bold, savoury flavours. Every dish at Hokkien Chow is a tribute to that heritage — from our signature Pancit Hokkien Mee, cooked with full wok hei intensity, to our hand-crafted dim sum served fresh each service.
